Malam – Team is a large-company that incorporates a variety of different [smaller] companies [in much the same way as] a street, which also contains a variety of buildings that create diverse façades from the standpoint of texture and form.

A main “avenue” has been designed on each typical floor. The street inspiration finds expression in the room façades and the various finishes such as brick, wood, paint and an irregular grid. Together, they create the atmosphere of an urban street that combines various materials that stimulate interest and emphasize the various spaces in the buildings.
