When Payoneer set out to create its new Israeli headquarters, the vision was to design a workplace that reflects the brand’s dual identity: dynamic, fast-moving, and technology-driven, while also conveying stability, flow, and human connection.
Located in Allied Tower at BIG Glilot, the offices span seven floors connected by a continuous internal staircase, creating a vertical campus and a unified organizational environment.
The design concept draws inspiration from two key sources: the tower’s panoramic sea views and Payoneer’s vibrant global brand. This dialogue shaped a clear spatial language, distinguishing calm work areas from energetic public spaces.
The open workspaces were designed in a palette inspired by the sea, with carpet gradients shifting from deep blue to soft sand tones. Custom glass partitions with holographic film create changing reflections throughout the day, evoking the movement of light through water. Neutral-toned meeting rooms and open collaboration hubs provide balance and support spontaneous interaction.
At the heart of the project is the public floor, featuring a sculptural Corian reception desk, the main boardroom, a central cafeteria, and a flexible event space. Together, the design creates a workplace that balances focus, energy, and community.
