The design of the new offices for L’Oréal Israel explores the language of beauty through space. Inspired by the colors and textures of makeup and skin tones, hair volume and softness, perfume bottles and transparency. The design translates the brand’s values -innovation, openness, and collaboration – into a contemporary workplace.

The project transforms a traditional room-based office into a continuous open floor plan centered around a spacious cafeteria and terrace. The café naturally divides the different departments while acting as the main social hub. Distinct colors define each work zone, while sustainable choices—recycled materials, abundant greenery, natural light, and thoughtful ventilation- create a workspace that supports well-being, creativity, and everyday inspiration.
