Maof Human Resources, a leading and well-established company in the human capital field in Israel, has moved its offices to the new business building in Tirat Carmel. From the tenth floor of the building, through the glass facades, one can observe the exciting meeting point between the sea line and the mountain line. The view from the windows played a significant role in planning the new offices.
The office design drew inspiration from the company’s branding and name. Elements in the space were born from the world of bird flight, hovering above the various spaces. Above the entrance hangs a wooden element with geometric shapes reminiscent of a bird’s wing. Above the open work areas, acoustic “birds” specially designed for the project hover.
The design line of the new offices is modern with touches of drama and roughness. The exposed ceilings and systems, all painted black, emphasize the high ceiling. All offices received transparent glass facades facing the corridor to bring in the natural light and view from the outside. Between the work tables and corridors, special metal partitions were placed, providing a sense of privacy while maintaining an open space and allowing light to pass from the window to the depth of the floor.
